Step One

Send me an email letting me know you’re interested in getting started! From there we’ll schedule a 20-minute call to answer all of your questions and set up our first appointment. You can reach out to me here.

Step Two

Show up to our appointment (in person or virtually), make yourself a cup of tea, and appreciate the steps you’ve taken for yourself. We’ll meet weekly to dig deep into the parts of your life that are causing stress and dysregulation.

Step Three

We’ll build skills that soothe your nervous system and create a sense of safety and confidence. By digging deep into your experience with anxiety, we’ll discover the underlying patterns that keep you in the same thought spirals.

Don’t worry, if you feel this isn’t the right fit I’ll make sure to refer you to great therapists whose styles and specialties are what you’re looking for. $275 | 50 minutes


Insurance

Please note that I am an out-of-network provider. However, I utilize a service called Mentaya which can automatically file out-of-network claims for you and help you receive reimbursement for my services depending on your specific coverage.

If you prefer not to use this service I am happy to provide you with a superbill (out-of-network claim) at the end of each month that you can submit to insurance yourself for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your specific insurance plan, so be sure to contact your insurance provider and confirm your specific plan’s out-of-network mental health benefits.

Please note that issuing a superbill requires me to provide you with a mental health diagnosis that will be added to your medical record. For the purpose of confidentiality I will not communicate with your insurance provider directly.
