Reconnect with Your Body, Heal Your Mind
Holistic therapy that focuses on your mind-body connection.
You know when something feels ‘off’, but years of conditioning have taught you to ignore that feeling. Together, we can unravel these patterns and start writing a new, healthier script for your life.

Finding peace and ease comes from learning to manage your thoughts and emotions so you can feel more balanced, present, and free from constant worry. Therapy will help you build those skills so your everyday life feels like yours again.

When people experience trauma, it can cause parts of themselves to go “offline”. Our work together will focus on finding and rebuilding your relationship with those parts of yourself.

Finding relief from racing thoughts will feel like a weight lifting off your shoulders. You’ll think more clearly, feel more grounded, and experience a sense of calm and control in your day-to-day life.

Trauma and intense distress disrupt the functioning of the autonomic nervous system- the system that controls our threat responses (fight, flight, freeze, collapse)
In a moment of anxiety, we are responding to a perceived threat, and we often mistakenly label the feeling of anxiety as a threat in and of it self. But anxiety is not a threat, it is simply a signal.
When we experience a traumatic or highly stressful event, our nervous systems can become “stuck” in a fight, flight, freeze, or collapse state, which can cause intense distress and lower ability to function day to day
Holistic therapy allows us to rebuild a sense of safety in our bodies, and helps to guide us in understanding that our bodies reactions and signals (although difficult at times) are adaptive and have played a role in trying to keep us safe. These symptoms do not need to be permanent.
Together we can shift the relationship of your mind-body connection into one of trust, peace, and resilience.
By bringing neutral, compassionate awareness to physical sensations and symptoms you can begin to reconstruct your relationship with uncomfortable sensations and emotions.
